If you are not satisfied that we have performed our obligations to you as agreed, please advise the senior management team of a problem right away and give them an opportunity to correct the situation. If we are unable to satisfy you we will cancel your remaining lease obligations free of any penalty at the time of your choosing.

That’s it. No legalese, no weasel clauses, and no drama. If we don’t do everything we agree to do - promptly, professionally and to your satisfaction -
you are not obligated to stay.
