The Blacksburg Comfort Inn was developed and been operated by the company since opening in 1990. Blessed with a dedicated management team and staff, the 80-room limited-service hotel has been a stellar asset.
We have been selected, for the fourth year in a row, as the affiliate hotel of the Corporate Research Center (CRC) at Virginia Tech. The property has twice been awarded the prestigious Gold Award from the franchisor, Choice Hotels International, in recognition of a consistently high level of service, maintenance and performance delivered to guests. The Comfort Inn also maintains a 3-Diamond rating from the American Automobile Association (AAA). Among the many amenities offered are a heated pool, fully equipped exercise room, free high-speed internet access and a free shuttle to Roanoke Regional Airport. Leisure Lanes Bowling Center and Restaurant, 1709 N. Lee Highway, Pulaski, Virginia - Acquired by the company in 1972, this sixteen-lane bowling center is located in Pulaski, VA. Since opening in 1964, the center has been continually sanctioned by the American Bowling Congress (ABC), necessary for official scoring in ABC sanctioned competitions for leagues and tournaments. Leisure Lanes is the only bowling center within a thirty-mile radius of the Pulaski market. The physical plant was completely renovated and refurbished in 2003, and offers state-of-the-art electronic scoring, a full-service restaurant, video game room and automatic batting cages. It is leased through 2009 to Brian Montgomery. Mr. Montgomery has managed the operations of the center since 1997.

El Mariachi Restaurant, 3703 South Main Street, Blacksburg VA - This 5,500 sf free standing restaurant on a 1.2 acre lot was originally developed by the company in 1991, sold in 1993, and re-purchased in 2002. It is located adjacent to the Blacksburg Comfort Inn, and is leased to a regional multi-unit operator of upscale Mexican restaurants. Well-located and tastefully furnished, the restaurant is a local favorite. |

College & Main Office Building, 210 Main St., Salem VA - Acquired in 2004, this 16,322 sf, three-story building is a landmark in the center of downtown Salem, located adjacent to the county courthouse and at the entrance to Roanoke College. The building was renovated and refurbished in 2002-2005. The property includes one of the few private parking lots in the downtown district; further increasing it’s desirability as a downtown office facility. The building is now master leased to Roanoke College through 2027. |

Located adjacent to the Roanoke Athletic Club in southwest Roanoke County, the anchor tenant is Mckesson Corp., a Fortune 50 company. The Roanoke operation specializes in the medical records field. Southpark Drive: Corporate Headquarters, 104 Southpark Drive, Blacksburg Virginia - In 2007 the company relocated its headquarters in Blacksburg with the acquisition of a 2,147 sf office building located just off South Main Street. The building is approximately eleven years old, and houses the corporate offices and operational personnel. |

Main & Hickok Project, 49-53 West Main Street, Christiansburg, VA - These two properties are located in downtown Christiansburg and acquired in 2006 for future redevelopment. The buildings are currently leased to BB&T Insurance and Main Street Bazaar, a local retail store. |
Comfort Inn Conference Center - The Company has completed preliminary architectural, engineering and feasibility studies for the construction of a 14,000 sf office building and conference center located adjacent to the Blacksburg Comfort Inn and the El Mariachi Restaurant. Development permits and entitlements are in place and under bond.
