We’ve developed dozens of buildings and commercial projects over the last 50 years. Many of those projects were built to a specific requirements of a business, including complete development services from the initial planning and engineering, architectural design and construction.

We offer our expertise from the earliest stages of choosing a location. Our principals have years of experience in working with local, regional and national retailers and businesses in site searches, evaluation and acquisition.

We will supply detailed demographic statistics, traffic data, community information and competitive profiling to compare multiple locations. We will also be happy to work with an existing site and perform any level of data collection and due diligence needed.

Once a location is chosen we can take charge of the approval and permitting process. We have worked for years with the all local planning and building departments in our market area, and will walk the project through the appropriate authorities prior to acquisition.
